Was driving through Dajeej when I noticed this funny looking contraption by the Police station there.
Anyone know what it is? Radar? Satellite receiver? Million dinar bulb?

It may be a communication tower, because the sign in the first picture mentions to that this is the department of information technology and police communications.

Its an Electronic Siren from the Defense Ministry of Kuwait , in case of wars.
