Saw this jeep parked on the pavement on my way to the airport today. Seems it’s a new speed camera and the Ministry has advertised all over it. There was a little red triangle sign marked with “Speed Camera Ahead” a few meters away too.
Unlike the regular cameras, these can be moved easily and its going to be hard to keep track of where they place it next. However, it was nice of them to advertise the location in advance.

It’s been there on Gulf Road since donkeys years! But they are nice people to warn you about the location in advance. They do have two spots, they pick either of the two on any given day!

Previously they didnt have the warning sign and they also used old cars without stickers etc so that motorists wouldnt notice them. There was one on gulf road near the army club.
