Action Figures – Not for Sale?

One strange thing I noticed at Rihab complex in Hawalli were these two shops selling action figures. Both were closed!!!
Looks like they are just teasing us with their collection.
Seems they don’t ever open for business. Or maybe the competition around them don’t wont me to come back!
